Timeless Coaching is trauma-informed: this means that I consciously consider the impact of traumatic experiences on behavior, well-being, and change processes.


Coaching doesn't have to take place exclusively one-on-one at the IJsselstein practice; it can also be done online via Zoom™️ or in a hybrid format, alternating in-person sessions with online conversations. This way, coaching from home can be just as powerful and effective as an in-person meeting, ensuring everyone can receive help safely and flexibly.
